Phone and text enquiries

When you call or text Jay, you may provide your phone number, name, vehicle details, photos, pickup location and access information. We use the information you supply to respond to your enquiry, assess a vehicle offer and arrange the agreed collection. Only the necessary vehicle paperwork is requested for the handover. Please do not send unrelated identification, insurance records or other sensitive documents just to ask for a quote.

Collection and records

Details needed for a booked collection may be shared with the attending team so they can identify the vehicle, reach the location and complete the handover. Relevant enquiry and transaction records may be kept for service administration and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for every type of record. Ask Jay if you have a question about information you have supplied or would like to request a correction or deletion, subject to any records that must be retained.

This website

This is an informational website. It has no online accounts, enquiry forms or online payment processing. Call and Text links open your device's phone or messaging service; communications then pass through those services and your provider. The site loads its heading and body fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's font service and its handling of technical request information.

The website does not add advertising trackers or a customer analytics service in its own page code. Website hosting and delivery services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the site. We do not make a blanket guarantee that every hosting or device service is cookie-free. Your browser, phone provider and any external service have their own privacy practices.
