Purchase and collection are coordinated together. Standard towing is free for complete vehicles we purchase. Missing major parts or special recovery needs are assessed before quoting and booking, so you can understand the terms before agreeing. Once agreed, the offer is firm and there are no extra arrival charges. Clear arrangements matter more than making a broad promise that ignores the vehicle's actual circumstances.

Residential removal involves more than knowing which car to collect. Other household vehicles, shared entrances, a slope or limited room beside the car can influence how the team works. Jay asks about those details so they can be considered ahead of time. Where access is shared with neighbours or another household, a workable pickup window helps everyone plan around the collection without assuming the whole space belongs to one person.
Our service is the purchase, recovery, collection and transport of vehicles. Recycling and processing take place through receiving facilities. We arrange collection from your location; customer drop-offs and parts sales are not offered. We do not claim that every vehicle will be repaired or that every component will be recycled in the same way. What we can discuss clearly is your vehicle, its individual offer and the arrangements for taking it away.
